For the 10th October Meetup lunch, we’ll be preparing two delicious, comforting spiced Malay-Javanese home-cooked dishes with a classic, traditional Southeast Asian chilled dessert traditionally done by the MakCiks. Ayam Penyet Set Our Ayam Penyet Set consists of smashed fried chicken (whole leg), fragrant rice served with penyet sambal, fried tofu, fried tempeh and Achar Bandong. Mee Soto Ayam Our Mee Soto Ayam consists of egg noodles / bee hoon in a chicken broth flavored with a whole lot of spices and topped with shredded chicken, bergedil, boiled egg and fried shallots. Apom Balik Durian Round up the meal with the traditional folded pancake infused with MSW durian paste. The price per pax is ฿350.
