Cohanzick Zoo and City Park

6.5 mile moderate pace hike starting at the Cohanzick Zoo and Bridgeton City Park. We will go past the schools and the historical buildings going into the city. We will then walk along the Cohansey River and over to Potters Tavern, the historical building. I don't know if it will be open this late in the season, it is worth a try. Finishing along the Raceway and the Zoo.

We may be able climb what the city is calling High Point Park. I know it as the city landfill. This is one park that I can say that I help build.

There are Bathrooms at the Start.

Meet at Cohanzick Zoo Parking, 45 Mayor Aitken Drive, Bridgeton, NJ 08302

Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and use the Bathrooms.

Bring water, a snack and lunch.
