Hike & Draw: Autumn Vineyards

I invite you for an autumn Hike & Draw through the vineyards of Klosterneuburg’s Buchberg.
We’ll walk through vineyards, fields and woods, with beautiful views over Vienna and Stift Klosterneuburg. Along the way, we’ll find a scenic place to stop, sit down and create for a while. You can choose whatever catches your attention — the landscape, autumn colours, vineyard rows, plants or small details — and sketch, draw or paint in your own way.
No drawing experience is needed. This is not a class, but a relaxed opportunity to spend time outdoors, create together and meet other people.
On our way back, we’ll stop at a traditional Heuriger for a glass of local wine (or something non-alcoholic) and some time together. 🍷

What to bring:

Your favourite art materials — preferably something light and easy to carry
Comfortable shoes suitable for hiking
Water and a small snack
Something to sit on. I’ll bring a picnic blanket, but there may not be enough space for everyone.

The hike is relatively easy, but we’ll be walking through hilly vineyard terrain, so good shoes are recommended.

Bad weather:
If it’s raining or too cold for a comfortable outdoor gathering, we’ll meet indoors in Vienna instead for a creative session.
