15:00 · ARRIVAL AND INTRODUCTIONS
Coffee first. Names, projects and what you'd like to get done.

15:30 · PHONES DOWN. DEEP WORK.
Phones go into the box in the middle of the table, if you like. About two hours of focused work, side by side.

17:30 · CONVERSATION
What got done, what is being built, what comes next.

HOUSE RULES
A few loose rules, so everyone can focus.

1. Phones. Put yours in the box if you can. Need it? Just grab it, no questions asked.
2. Timing. Arriving a bit late or leaving early is fine. Join quietly.
3. Calls. Take them away from the table. Headphones are welcome.
4. The café. Order something at the bar.
5. Be kind. Respect each other's focus, time and boundaries.
