Let's have a group meditation coming Wednesday evening near Mullae 문래 or Yeongdeungpo-gu Office 영등포구청 station at Won Buddhist temple, 영등포 원불교 교당!
If you are close to Green line of Mullae, Sindorim etc, please join us!
We will have a mindful yoga and meditation.
Rev. Wi, having more than 40 years of experience of meditation will guide
us a seated meditation and mindful yoga!

If you have not been able to join the Il-won meditation meeting
which is being held near Anguk station on Sat., give it a try to a week-day practice near Mullae station after work.
(The temple is quite close from Hongik Uni., Sindorim, and Gwanak-gu.)
