2026 Heart of Agile Community ReConnection

We are coming into the end of another tumultuous year.

What better way to reconnect with the human side of ai than we get back together with the Heart of Agile Melbourne community?

With potential disruption to knowledge work, already starting in many domains, the need for a human approach is becoming even more compelling to avoid breaking organizations whilst attempting agentic transformation.

The key imperatives of the Heart of Agile - Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect and Improve - remain as powerful guides to creating and optimizing a system of work spanning people and agents. In fact, they remain one of the few approaches that provide long term conversation anchors to work.

Let's catch up, share stories, break bread, and continue the human side of the ai change!
