🌳 About the hike
Our walk begins in Great Missenden, in the heart of the Chiltern Hills.
Great Missenden is also well known for its connection with Roald Dahl, who lived in the village for many years.
From here we'll walk towards Little Missenden, continuing through rolling countryside, fields and beautiful Chiltern woodland.
The route then takes us towards Penn Street before reaching Old Amersham, one of Buckinghamshire's most attractive historic towns.
After exploring Old Amersham, a final climb takes us towards Amersham Station for our journey back to London.
