Blade Runner (1982) - The Avex Ensemble Live

Los Angeles, 2019. Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a retired Blade Runner, is contacted by his superior to come back out of retirement for one final job. Deckard is a specialist tasked with identifying and killing rogue replicants — bio-engineered beings, indistinguishable from humans and used off-world for slave labor in the colonization of faraway planets. He is assigned with finding a group of replicants that have returned to Earth with mysterious motives, and are targeting the powerful Tyrell Corporation.

Performed in its entirety live for the first time during the screening, the score comes to life through through the Interpretation of The Avex Ensemble, recreating the timbral complexity and atmospheric impact of the original soundtrack.
