🥾🌿 Ladies, Let’s Hike! Rouge River Gateway Trail

Ladies, let’s get outside while Michigan weather still cooperates! 😄

We all know how Michigan works… sunshine today, winter coat tomorrow, and possibly all four seasons before dinner. 😂 So while Mother Nature is being nice to us, let’s take advantage of it!

This time, we’ll be hiking the Rouge River Gateway Trail in Dearborn. It’s an easy hike, so you don’t need to be an experienced hiker. Come as you are, bring your walking shoes, and get ready for some fresh air, movement, laughter, and good company. 🌳💚

📍 Meeting Location:

Paris Baguette parking lot

21400 Michigan Ave

Dearborn, MI 48124

The trailhead parking is right off Michigan Avenue near Paris Baguette.

💧 What to bring:

Bring water, wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes, and feel free to bring your headphones for our guided meditation.

We’ll start with a short meet-and-greet so everyone has a chance to introduce themselves and connect. Then we’ll head out for an easy scenic hike together and finish with a relaxing meditation in nature. 🧘‍♀️🌿

This is a chance to step away from our busy lives for a little while, meet other wonderful women, move our bodies, breathe some fresh air, and recharge together.

A little RSVP favor: Please RSVP only when you’re reasonably sure you can attend. Of course, life happens! If your plans change, just cancel your RSVP—even if it’s the day of the hike. It really helps us know who to expect and plan accordingly.

For everyone’s safety, please let us know before the hike if you have any medical conditions or health concerns we should be aware of in case of an emergency.
