For our spooky experimental read in October, we will be comparing notes from Aaron A. Reed's queer coming-of-age story, Subcutanean! A note on the unusual nature of this book: if you order a copy (either physical or ebook) from the author's website, the copy you receive will be a one-of-a-kind version of the text! (Site says to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, although mine arrived in a few days). (No, AI is not involved). The book is also available through Amazon/Kindle, although ordering this way will give you one of two versions, rather than your own unique copy (the author has stated these are in no way the "official" versions, just two arbitrary selected).
