Spring is here and let's get in shape for Summer!
Taiko drumming offers numerous benefits for both physical and well-being, helping to reduce depression and anxiety while promoting relaxation and boosting your immune system. It's also a way to connect with others through a shared creative experience!
At Kumo, we merges movement with rhythm, enhancing your spatial and posture awareness. Our instructors will guide you through the basics of taiko playing, including striking techniques, stance, movement, and ensemble skills.
We currently have two 90-minute classes per week (Friday night and Saturday noon).
This course is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You'll learn the fundamentals of taiko, enjoy an authentic experience, and meet new friends!
Fee: each class is $28 pp (please bring cash as we don't have eftpos on site)
Friday night class: 6pm to 7:30pm
