Come join us for a festive day at the Sherwood Celtic Yuletide Festival on Saturday, December 12th!

1883 Old Highway 20, McDade, TX
(About 35 minutes east of Austin)

We’ll spend the day wandering through the Sherwood Forest fairgrounds enjoying all things Celtic and Christmas — live Celtic music, pipes & drums, Highland games, archery, artisans, storytelling, falconry, dancing, fire shows, holiday magic, and even a visit with Santa!

There will be plenty of shops and Celtic wares to browse, traditional Irish session musicians, gourmet food, ales, and lots of fun surprises along the way. Some of this year’s lineup includes Celtic and Irish rock, Celtic flute, fantasy authors, a Celtic archery tournament, a hawk walk with falconry up close, the San Antonio Pipe & Drums, and more. Costumes encouraged!!!

✨ Camping is also available if you'd like to make a whole weekend of it, but we'll be doing a day trip and heading home Saturday evening.

As we get closer, we'll coordinate carpooling for anyone who'd like to ride together.
