Building an AI App from Scratch: Agent, Skill, MCP in Action

RSVP at: From Hand-Holding to Independence: Real-World Tactics for AI Adoption - Global AI Community

Rolling out AI tools is the easy part. Getting people to actually use them, confidently and on their own, is where most programs stall.
Turns out the principles that help kids grow into capable, independent adults work surprisingly well for AI adoption too. In this session, Greg Allbright shares 10–12 practical tactics pulled from real enterprise programs, the patterns that work, and the ones that quietly fail.

🎯 What we'll cover
Listen before you prescribe: understand how people work before pushing tools at them
Set clear boundaries: guardrails that build trust instead of slowing people down
Encourage safe experimentation: give teams room to try, fail, and learn
Build confidence, not dependency: help people own the skill, not lean on a few experts
Promote independence: move from hand-holding to self-sufficient teams
You'll leave with ideas you can put to work right away, whether you lead an AI program, support adoption, or are just trying to get your team on board.
