All Genre MFA-Style Writers Workshop

IN-PERSON EVENT in Downtown Phoenix

Welcome to our Saturday morning event! Our group is run by a licensed MFA writing professor with 15+ years of experience teaching grammar, literature, and writing workshops to adults.

The session runs from 9:00am-12:25pm every Saturday. We have 15 seats. Nine attendees share for 21 minutes each. All paying attendees enter a lottery on Saturday at 9am. Eight winners receive the right to share work, and the remaining attendees stay to critique. If you are late, you cannot enter the lottery, but you can stay to critique. Doors lock at 9:30am, for liability purposes. Seats are $15, but first-time guests don't pay.

We are very supportive, warm, and welcoming. If you're looking for a positive writing community that doesn't damage your ego, you've found the right group!

\This is a paid event that costs $15, but if it is your first time, it is free!\
