Do you have an image you've always wanted to turn into embroidery? Join us at the Cambridge Hackspace this Sunday at 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM to learn how to use a Brother SE 700 CNC embroidery machine!

WHAT TO EXPECT: Attendees will learn the basics of operating a standard embroidery machine. Taught skills include (1) setting up and operating the machine, (2) proper image and fabric preparation, and (3) common applications in the embroidery world. This training (or equivalent knowledge) is a prerequisite for the Advanced Machine Embroidery training.

This event is RSVP only. If you realize you can no longer attend, please remove your reservation so someone else can have that spot. :D

Our door can be hard to find! There are directions on our website linked here. We are located next to Market Basket in the same building as Little India (behind Milk Row cemetery). The door is located near the South West corner on the South wall of the building, and is painted white with 438R/440R written in blue on it. The building may be labeled 438 Somerville ave, 440R, and 438R depending upon where you look. Please press the Cambridge Hackspace doorbell, which is on the left side of the door frame and a bit above the door knob. The doorbell glows so it is easier to find at night.
