Cherry Creek Trail - Hampden Heights Park to LoHi~Maci Cafe&Little Man🍨Factory

Hello, Ladies,
This will be an Ebike ride and an advanced traditional biker ride. Speed will be usually around 15 miles per hour (sometimes more) and length is about 23 miles total. We will meet on Tuesday Oct 20 at 10am and roll out by 10:15am.

We will Start at the Hampden Heights Parking lot and then head north on the Cherry Creek Trail till we get to downtown Denver. Then we will ride over I-25 bridge on the 16th street bridge. Pretty exciting if you have not done this before. You can hear the roaring of the vehicles. And see the cars seem to go right toward you and then pass under you. It's cool!!! Then we will have lunch at the Maci Cafe. "Maci Cafe, located in
Denver's Highland (LoHi) neighborhood, offers a variety of Italian-inspired dishes for breakfast and lunch. Their menu features Italian panini sandwiches with fillings like prosciutto, smoked salmon, and spicy coppa, as well as salads, quiches, and breakfast items such as egg sandwiches and burritos. They also serve freshly brewed coffee made with locally roasted beans and espresso drinks using Lavazza espresso".
We will be able to lock our bikes on some near metal fences that are around some trees and also a fence that is in front/side of the cafe patio. They have seating on their small patio, which is nice cus we can also watch our bikes. So bring your locks.

Afterward we will go to the Little Man Ice Cream Factory which is actually in the same block as the cafe but up the block.They have decorated it very nicely with lots of pumpkins that you can purchase and they have it decorated nicely with flowers also. And of course, they have great ice cream.

Then we will return. Carolyn and I did an exploratory ride so we have some pics below to check out!!

If you just plug in Hampden Heights Park - it will not take you to the parking lot that we are meeting at. So, you can plug in this private house address, 3142 Boston Ct, Centennial or you can plug in the intersection of S. Boston and Dartmouth Pl. When you get to the private house address or the intersection, just turn left and drive into the parking lot.
