📖 How it goes
11:00–11:15 | Settle in: Grab a coffee or brunch and say a quick hello. Just your name and what you brought is plenty.

11:15–11:50 | Quiet hour: Read, journal, or sketch. No talking needed. Comfortable silence is the whole point.

11:50–1:00 | Chat: We'll pick a few easy conversation questions (think "What's a book that stayed with you?").
Share as much or as little as you like.
