Digital Money workshop

Digital Money Workshop

10 October 2026 | Johannesburg

Money is changing.

The way we move, store, access, and use money is being reshaped by digital financial infrastructure — from stablecoins and digital assets to new payment systems and global financial platforms.

The Digital Money Workshop is an interactive session designed to help you understand what is changing, why it matters, and how these developments could affect the way individuals and businesses participate in the financial system.

What to expect

This is not a traditional lecture. Expect a practical and interactive conversation covering:

The evolution of money — where the financial system is heading and why digital money matters.
Stablecoins — what they are, how they work, and why they are becoming important for payments and global transactions.
Digital assets & markets — understanding the opportunities and risks emerging in the new financial landscape.
Real-world scenarios — interactive exercises designed to help you think through how digital money could be used in everyday financial situations.
Trading & market participation — an introduction to how people approach digital-asset markets and the principles behind responsible participation.
Practical perspectives from people working within the emerging digital-money ecosystem.

Who is this for?

You don’t need to be a blockchain expert or an experienced trader.

The workshop is suitable for students, entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, investors, and anyone curious about how money and finance are evolving.

Come with questions. Leave with a clearer understanding of the financial transition taking place around you.
