A popular trail located off Flagstaff Road in Boulder. This intermediate trail is 4 miles out and back with 700+ feet of elevation gain. Starts out easy in a lush pine forest and progressively gets steep and rocky leading up to 360 views of Bear Peak, the Flatirons and the famous fourteeners to the south. There is a little scrambling at the very end to see a historic peak finder and cairn.
