Portfolio Review + Holiday Social

Nivan Community welcomes you to our holiday gathering: an evening to end the year with a sharper portfolio and a room full of people who get your work. Portfolio + Social comes in two parts. First, sit down with senior design and research leaders for fast, focused 1:1 reviews of your portfolio, resume, or career story. Then close the laptop and celebrate the season with the community. ‼️‼️ IMPORTANT: Register on Luma to reserve your spot Luma: https://luma.com/nivanportfolio Review spots are limited and confirmed only through Luma. How the reviews work Four to six senior design and research leaders will be stationed around the room. You'll have short 1:1 sessions of 10 to 12 minutes and rotate between reviewers. Most people will meet two or three leaders, so you walk away with several perspectives, not just one opinion. Bring whatever you want feedback on: your portfolio, your resume, how you position your career, or the case study you can't quite get right. The evening Doors open at 5:00 PM. Portfolio reviews run from 5:15 PM to about 6:30 PM, then we move into the holiday social with drinks, networking, and good company until 8:00 PM. What to bring Your portfolio on a charged laptop or tablet or a link ready to share, your resume as a PDF, and one question you want answered before the new year. WiFi is available at the venue. 🎀 Dress code Holiday cocktail. Think sequins, shine, and sharp. Cocktail dresses, sparkle, velvet, metallics, or a sharp suit or blazer all fit the mood.
