Calico Scramble

A loop scramble through scenic terrain from the Elbow TH, ascending the Picnic Ridge, passing Sealhead, towards the Beach, to start of Little Springs Ridge, then final descent in Little Springs Cyn.

Lots of fun Class 2 and 3 scrambling with some exposure. Must have solid BASIC SCRAMBLING SKILLS.

About 3 miles, vertical gain of 850'. Expect about 3 hours.

Helmets are advised.

No guests, pets, children.

Limit: 12. Everyone goes onto the waitlist initially until I can be sure of their climbing ability.
