Meeting 2 - Metaphors (all kinds)

For our second meeting, we’ll be discussing metaphors in rap (all kinds): extended, conceit, absolute, submerged, complex, mixed, etc. We will vibe out to some music, discuss the best examples of metaphors and the masters of them, and most importantly connect! I'll also have some activities for us to do to explore the power of metaphors in a unique way. Feel free to come armed with your favorite examples. Agenda: 5:45-6: Intros 6-7:30: Music and discussion 7:30-7:45: Closing/Fire Talks/BYORaps
