Join CCCCC for Architecting an AI Agency's Company Knowledge Base with guest speaker Vedang Sharma.
Guest speaker:
Vedang Sharma — AutomationInterns.com; working on the company knowledge base for our AI agency.
Most companies have their knowledge scattered across Drive folders, chat threads, and people's heads. Ours is no different. Vedang is working on a company knowledge base to turn scattered documents and team know-how into useful context for people and AI.
We'll look at the build in progress, what's settled, and what's still open.
1. From files to a company brain: what belongs in it, and how to organize it.
2. Under the hood: chunks, embeddings and vector search, and how retrieval finds the right context.
3. Answers with receipts: citations, permissions, and keeping knowledge fresh.
4. Design trade-offs, practical lessons so far, and open Q&A.
Cracked Claude Cowork and Codex Club aims to be the 2026, Phoenix, AI version of the Homebrew Computer Club of the 1970s, where Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak met Paul Terrell, who gave Apple its first major order of 50 Apple I computers.
Though accessible and welcoming to anyone, some of the discussion may fly over your head if you are not already comfortable with AI (Claude/Codex/Gemini/Grok). Please join us if you'd like to keep your finger on the pulse of the frontier of capability of these models and more.
Each session typically runs as:
Quick demo of our projects from the previous month
Recent news group discussions
Guest speaker or extended demo
