🥾 Monthly Trail Drop: Bluff View Trail Challenge (Wildwood, MO)
Roster Cap: Strictly limited to 10 participants total.

The Speed: 2.0 to 2.5 mph athletic, steady conditioning pace.
The Distance: 5.2 Miles (Out-and-Back).

🏔️ The Trail Experience
This month, we are heading to West County to tackle the gorgeous Bluff View Trail in Wildwood, MO. Known for offering some of the most dramatic, sweeping views in the St. Louis region, this 5.2-mile natural dirt track winds through deep hardwood forests, steps over rocky limestone ridges, and climbs aggressively to a spectacular wooden observation deck overlooking the Meramec River valley.
With crisp air, winding switchbacks, and beautiful high-elevation vistas, this is the perfect mid-range conditioning loop to test your trail legs and build your cardio endurance.

🗓️ Event Schedule & Milestones

8:45 AM – The Gathering: Meet at the main Bluff View Park trailhead parking lot. Look for the group near the trailhead map board. We will do a quick round of introductions and a gear check.
9:00 AM Sharp – Boots On the Ground: We hit the trail promptly at 9:00 AM. We will maintain our steady, conversational 2.0 to 2.5 mph pace, stopping briefly at the main bluff overlook for photos and hydration.
11:15 AM – The Finish & Social: Finish up at the trail and head down the road to a nearby Good News Brewery in Wildwood to push some tables together for an awesome post-hike lunch and celebratory drinks! 🍔🍻
