🎾 Weekly Indoor Tennis Training in Delft – All Levels

Would you like to improve your tennis, meet other players and discover which training group suits you?

Join our weekly indoor introduction training at Sinnet Academy in Tennishal Koos Heiligers. The session is open to all \playing levels, from complete beginners to experienced players.

During this 60-minute session, you will actively work on your game and receive practical coaching tips that you can use immediately.

Depending on the number and level of participants, the session will consist of:
🎾 A small-group open training with a coach
or
🎾 A guided ball-machine session with personal coaching tips
We may work on control, consistency, direction, timing, movement, technique and match situations. The exercises will be adapted to the participants’ playing levels.

What to expect:
✅ 60 minutes of indoor tennis
✅ Maximum 6 players per court
✅ Beginners and experienced players are welcome
✅ Practical technical and tactical coaching
✅ Exercises adapted to your playing level
✅ No cancellations because of rain
✅ Advice about joining a suitable regular training group
After the session, we can advise you on the training option that best suits your level, availability and goals. If you would like to continue, we will check whether a suitable place is available in one of our seasonal training groups.

💶 Participation fee: €21 per person
🎓 TU Delft students: €15 upon presentation of a valid student ID

Please bring your own tennis racket. If you do not have one, contact us in advance to ask whether a racket is available to borrow.
To help us prepare the session, please mention your playing experience when registering: beginner, intermediate or experienced.
