Come and join me for a lovely evening at Soraya, one of Marylebone’s exciting new openings and the latest restaurant from the Pachamama Group – the team behind some of London’s popular dining spots including Nina, Zephyr, Bottarga and Lagana. The menu is designed around generous feasting and sharing, with dishes including Persian flatbreads, smoked aubergine kashk bademjan, lamb koobideh, chicken joujeh, short-rib khoresh and larger dishes from the grill.
