Bike Ride - Fraser Foreshore / George Wainborn Park

At times, last-minute changes may be posted. Be sure to check for updates the night before and the morning of a ride. There will be a coffee stop at Bean Around the World, West 57th & Cypress and lunch is at George Wainborn Park. (No food facilities available). Difficulty: Moderate if you have been biking regularly. Distance: 55.1 km Estimated Ride Time: 5.5 hrs Bring snacks and Water, and pack a Lunch or buy something at the coffee stop. Please be sure your bike is in good condition, tires are inflated, and brakes are in good working order before arriving at the starting point. Carrying a Repair Kit and an extra inner tube is recommended. To help you to be seen and heard on the road, the following equipment is also recommended: a bell, flashing front and back lights or reflectors and a mirror.
