Join us for outdoor volleyball at Taylor Park, corner of Pennsylvania and Indian School, every week on a Sunday afternoon, weather permitting.
\Not quite so hot, still be sure to properly hydrate! Drink lots of water with electrolytes!!
This is open to all, singles/couples/families. Children 12 and over are welcome to play, but MUST be accompanied by their parents the entire time.
This is casual volleyball for fun, but we do keep score
First time volleyball players are welcome, we will help you learn basics
No overhand serves allowed
Be aware of other players, do not run over them to get the ball
Courteous and civil behavior and language are expected
NO unaccompanied children allowed
Please, no alcohol or drugs, sober players only
Recommend to bring your own water, small blanket, hat, sunglasses, and perhaps a chair to sit in between matches or if you need to take a break. There might be a Frisbee/flying disc or 2 available to throw around as well
Generally we will play UNLESS it is raining/snowing, below 50º and/or windy. Please check here the night before to see if the volleyball is cancelled due to poor weather.
As usual, by attending, you agree to accept full responsibility for any injury you might incur while participating. Be sure to properly prepare for vigorous athletic exertion by hydrating, stretching, exercising, and wearing any personal protective equipment you might need. Have fun, while being safe!
Thank You.
