🤝 Meet your hosts:

Michael Hyun leads the evening, welcoming attendees, introducing the speaker, and giving people a chance to share the deals they have and the connections they need.

Tom Tran is a co-owner and general partner at Alpha X. He has grown from wholesaling and flipping into larger development projects and brings a practical perspective on building partnerships and taking on bigger deals.

Josh Baldovino is a co-founder and general partner at NVST Capital. He invests in rentals and larger commercial projects and runs Invested Creators, a marketing agency that helps businesses generate leads and improve follow-up.

Ashley Cao is a co-founder and general partner at NVST Capital. Alongside Josh, she has built a portfolio spanning long-term rentals, short-term rentals, apartments, and memory care. She also works in commercial lending with Old Capital.

Phoenix Chiang leads sponsor relationships for Mega Meet Up, connecting businesses that serve investors with the local community and helping bring the monthly event to life.

Ian Cruz is a general partner at TLP Investment Services and CFO of TLP Renovations. He has transacted more than 140 units, co-GP’d more than 500 units across Ohio and California, and leads an investor community in Cincinnati.
