Sports Key - Community 7 a side football (Outdoor)

Come and join us in our 7 a side oitdoor football programme. Our community football session is open to all those who love the game of football or want to get fitter no matter your previous or current level of play or fitness. This is the perfect activity to get you in shape whilst socialising, meeting new people, and enjoying the benefits of a fun and dynamic workout.

Within the sessions, you will play competitive and fun 5 a side games within a mini tournament structure , showcasing your skills and techniques with a dynamic, fast-paced session. One of the greatest benefits of football is the impact of releasing muscle tension, and it can also be great stress relief after an active week.

We ask all attending a sports key session to please complete the registration form using the below link.
