OKEMO MOUNTAIN RESORT
Offering southern Vermont’s highest vertical drop of 2,200 feet and a trail network that spans five distinct alpine areas, Okemo Mountain Resort is a family oriented and family operated resort. Rising about the village of Ludlow, Vermont, Okemo offers 96% snowmaking across its 655 accessible acres with 120 trails and glades and 200 inches of annual snowfall. 31% of the trails are beginner, 28% intermediate, and 31% advanced to expert accommodating skiers and riders of all levels and abilities. LODGING
We will be staying in a big Okemo Mountain house, with 5 bedrooms & 1 loft, 11 beds (4 king/queen beds, 7 single beds), 3 baths, 1 full kitchen, 1 mudroom and 2 living rooms. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 5 minutes walk to Sachem Trail of Okemo Mountain Resort.
Features: Private hot tub, indoor wood-burning fireplace, built-in wood burning fire pit, private & secluded yard, balconies, game table, wet bar, patio, ski/gear storage, free WiFi, TV, kitchen, dish washer, microwave, keurig coffee maker.
Essentials: Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

LIFT TICKETS
Get Epic Local Pass for $829 (as of 8/8/2026) at www.epicpass.com, or Epic Day Pass $538 (5 Days, with "ALL RESORTS" and "NO PEAK DATES" options). The pass price will go up few times through out the summer/fall.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: December 18th, 2026 Friday. Please arrive 30 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens (NEW): (Northeast Corner of 39th Ave & College Point Blvd) 133-03 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (1/2 block from Asian Jewels)
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) ) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage.
Return: Depart from Okemo at 3:30 pm on Sunday and expect to arrive at NJ at 9:00 pm, midtown NYC around 9:30 pm & Flushing at 10:00 pm

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $359 per person for first 7 spots or before 10/1 whichever comes first. Regular: $399 per person for last 7 spots. $30 per person upgrading from shared queen bed to own single bed.
Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation with a shared queen bed or own single bed with $30 upgrade) at a big house. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Lift tickets are not provided with this trip; everyone should get Epic Local Pass or Epic Pass.

LUXURY RIDE
We will provide a fully loaded new MB Sprinter Van or a Volvo XC90 SUV for transportation depending on the group size.

REFUND POLICY:
Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking
Full refund minus $40 processing fee if cancelled 30 days in advance
50% refund if cancelled within 30 days of the trip
No refund for cancellation or no show within 15 days of the trip; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $40 processing fee
Full refund if the trip is cancelled

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
