Adam Perry Lang runs APL BBQ pop-up at Gin Rummy Bar in Venice, serving wood-smoked barbecue on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 12:30 until sold out. They serve Waguu tomahawk, melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs, candied BBQ oxtail, sweet and sour pork ribs and pulled pork shoulder, etc., all smoked with oak and cherry wood. sides include honey butter cornbread and Marcus Lewis's chocolate chip cookie a must try. Plates are premium prices and portions are large for sharing.
