7.25 to 7.5 mile moderate pace hike along Lake Absegami with a loop on Joe's Trail and part of CCC trail. And then out on the Falkinburg Trail, the trail passes a small pine plantation that was planted in the 1920’s and then back on the Poppy Allen Trail to the North Shore Trail.
Bring a snack, drink and lunch.
Meet at Lake Absegami day use area parking about 1/2 mile from Stage Rd. Bathrooms are at the Forest Office near Stage Rd.
Arrive 15 minutes early to use the bathrooms and to sign in.
