AI in everyday life: I Replaced My Video Editing Workflow With an AI Agent

Stephanie Nyarko

I work full time, create content across YouTube, LinkedIn and short-form video, and build an AI business on the side. Editing was the part that kept falling behind. Every new editor meant re-explaining my style, waiting on turnarounds and paying for results that changed from video to video. So I built an AI agent to take it on.

In this session, I'll edit a real video live with Claude, then open up how it works: how Claude connects to my editing tool, and how Claude Skills store my editing style so the agent does it my way every time. I'll be honest about where it still breaks, and show you how to build an agent for the repetitive work in your own week.

For builders: 5 tips to power up your AI coding setup

Matt Krainski, Head of AI and Engineering at Revoize

Most people using coding agents stop at "install it and start prompting." That works, but you can do better. Matt Krainski, Head of AI and Engineering at Revoize, where his team ships with a Claude Code harness every day, helps software teams get better at coding with AI. In this talk he walks through five practical changes that made the biggest difference in how he builds with agents day to day. There's no hype and no magic, just setup tweaks you can try the next morning. Bring your laptop!

Hosted by Fred Carle.
