Event Description
Board games and pints in Kenmore, every other Wednesday. First board game night was a hit, so making this a biweekly event.
This one repeats
Game night runs every other Wednesday. Stoup is home base, but we'll move it to another taproom now and then — partly to keep it interesting, partly so it's reachable for people on the other side of the map. Each date gets its own listing, so RSVP for whichever ones work for you.
Bring a game if you've got one
Something you actually like, that teaches in about five minutes. Codenames, Just One, Wits & Wagers, Sushi Go — that sort of thing. Card-based travels better than anything with a hundred wooden pieces, because there'll be food on the table.
If there are six of us we'll play one game together. If it's a full eight, we'll run two tables and swap around. I'll bring a couple of options either way, so come empty-handed if you'd rather — there'll always be something going.

About the food
Stoup Kenmore is a taproom with a real kitchen rather than a bar with snacks — hearth-baked pizzas, a smash burger people rate highly, Korean BBQ pork sliders, a house-made pretzel. Plenty on tap, plus cocktails and non-alcoholic options if you're not drinking.

How it works
Order at the counter, everyone keeps their own tab. Plan on $15 to $30 depending on whether you're eating.

I'll be there from 5:25 claiming the biggest table I can. I'll message everyone the morning of with where we're sitting, and if you're running late, message me through Meetup.

Eight seats. A +1 counts as one of them, so please RSVP for both of you.
Coming solo is normal here, and most of the table will be.
No games experience needed. Nothing we play takes longer to explain than it takes to drink a beer.
They're open until 9, so we'll stay until then if people want to stay on.
If your plans change, please un-RSVP so someone on the waitlist can take the seat.
