Dear Adventurers,
This Sunday we will visit Sigmond’s nature trail close to Plzen, which, despite its name, has nothing to do with the famous Austrian shrink – although its pine forests, several ponds, some viewpoints and even the oldest tar kiln in Czech Republic are not without certain therapeutic effect.
General Info:
Trail: Walking
Grade: Easy
↑ 372 m | 409 m↓
Distance according to mapy.cz: 24,1 km

Getting there and back:
→ We will take 7:35 EC 360 Bavorsky express train from Praha. Hl.N to Plzeň hl.n. and then 322 bus to Třemošná,Záluží . Estimated start ~9:30
← We will finish our hike in Plzeň and take a train back. Depending when we arrive, trains go to either Smichov or Main train station
I will be buying a group ticket for the morning train, let me know by Saturday 12pm if you want to be on it.
What to bring
-Comfortable hiking footwear with good grip
-Waterproof and layers. It will be quite cold but hopefully dry
-Tea/coffee/water/snacks & lunch to keep you going
-It's a good idea to have a map app installed on your phone.
