🏐 Smashing Expats Event (2.24 m net height)

Hi everyone 🏐
Join us for our Monday ladies volleyball training with Smashing Expats Rotterdam, played at the official women’s net height of 2.24 m.
The session combines training and games, with exercises focused on team play, positioning, communication and game situations before moving into volleyball games.
New players are welcome to join. Some previous volleyball experience is required, as the training is intended for players who already know the basic rules, positions and techniques of volleyball.

🏐 Ladies training and team opportunities

For the 2026/2027 season, Smashing Expats has:
🏐 A Ladies Team competing in the Poule B Ladies Competition
The Monday sessions are also open to female players who would like to train at ladies net height without immediately committing to a competition team.
We are currently also looking for female players for our mixed teams XR1 and XR2, particularly for the following positions:

Middle Blocker (MB)
Setter
Opposite

XR1 and XR2 compete in the Poule A Mixed Competition. Female players interested in one of these positions are welcome to join the Monday training so we can get to know each other on court.

🧬 Smashing Expats DNA

Smashing Expats is more than a place to play volleyball. We combine good volleyball, development and an international community.
🏐 Community first
We are one club, not a collection of separate teams.
📈 Train and grow together
Players from different teams and levels train together and learn from each other.
🏆 Competitive without an elite mentality
We want good volleyball, ambition and improvement, but level is not treated as a status symbol.
🤝 Different ways to participate
Some players join individual sessions, others train regularly, participate in tournaments or join one of our NEVOBO teams.
