Zen Writer's & Poet's Society | Boston | Somerville

Welcome to The Zen Writer's and Poet's Society!

Are you a writer looking for a community to nurture your creativity? Look no further. The Zen Writer's and Poet's Society offers a sanctuary where meditation and writing intertwine, inspiring and uplifting poets and writers of all levels.

Hosted by The Zen Art Center, each session begins with a short, guided meditation led by Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon. This is followed by time to write, share, and encourage each other on our journeys of introspection and expression.

Join us to work on your poems, prose, or any other form of writing, and receive constructive feedback and encouragement from fellow members. No matter your background or experience level, The Zen Writers and Poets Society is a supportive space where every voice is valued and respected.

Drawing from our collective wisdom and the insights gained through meditation, we'll seek to uncover new layers of creativity and insight in our work. Whether you're a seasoned poet, an aspiring writer, or simply curious about the intersection of meditation and writing, we invite you to join us in creating a supportive and inspiring community. Reserve your spot today and unlock the boundless potential of your creative spirit.

While the class is free of charge, donations are greatly appreciated to support the Zen Art Center's mission to cultivate inner peace and harmony in the world. Your generosity enables us to expand our schedule of offerings and continue serving our community.
