Did you know about Iimori Castle, one of the most powerful mountain castles of Japan’s Sengoku period? 🏯✨ Located in Daito City, Osaka, Mt. Iimori (飯盛山) is rich in both history and natural beauty. It was once the stronghold of Miyoshi Nagayoshi, a legendary warlord who ruled the region even before Oda Nobunaga!
Our hike starts from the historic Nozaki Kannon Temple, taking the scenic and moderately challenging Nanamagari Trail up to the ruins of Iimori Castle at the summit. From the top, you'll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the Osaka Plain—on a clear day, you can even see Abeno Harukas and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge!
Whether you love hiking, have an interest in Japanese history, or simply want to stay active and make new friends, everyone is welcome! Let’s enjoy nature, history, and great conversations together. 😊✨

～ 大阪平野を一望できる初級者向けハイキングコースを歩こう！ ～
戦国時代の巨大山城、飯盛城跡をご存知ですか？🏯✨ 大阪・大東市にそびえる飯盛山（いいもりやま）は、織田信長よりも早く天下に名を轟かせた「三好長慶」の居城・飯盛城跡が眠る、歴史と絶景のドラマチックな山です！
今回は、歴史ある「野崎観音」から出発し、木漏れ日と登りごたえのある「七曲りコース」を経て、山頂の飯盛城跡を目指します。 山頂からの大阪平野を一望する大パノラマは圧巻！天気が良ければあべのハルカスや明石海峡大橋まで見渡せます。景色や会話を楽しみながら、自然と歴史のロマンを満喫しましょう！
ハイキング好きはもちろん、歴史に興味がある方、体を動かしてリフレッシュしたい方大歓迎です！みんなで楽しくおしゃべりしながら登りましょう！😊✨
