🌿 Sisterhood — Women’s Circle & Conversations

Sisterhood is not just a meetup. It’s a space to come back to yourself, through the presence of other women.

Once a month, we gather in a cozy café in Toulouse to share, listen, and open real conversations around what it means to be a woman — in all its phases and nuances. From menstrual cycles and hormones to intimacy, relationships, self-care, beauty, or spirituality… nothing is off the table.
This is a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you are fully welcome exactly as you are.
A space to speak, to be heard, or simply to sit and receive.

Sisterhood is moderated by Haya — a Vinyasa & Yin yoga teacher based in Toulouse, passionate about women’s wisdom, cycles, and inner power.
Through this space, she holds a gentle, supportive container where every woman is invited to reconnect with herself and with others.

Each circle may also welcome therapists, practitioners, or specialists who gently share their knowledge and perspectives — always in a simple, human, and accessible way.
From time to time, we’ll also include soft, creative or introspective moments like journaling, drawing, or other mindful activities to deepen the experience.
