It's that time of the year! Pumpkin Spice? Yes, AND. Autumn Equinox! We are happy to collaborate once again with Yanu and Esoteric Expats to host the annual Autumn Equinox Gathering in Valencia! PAN'S PICNIC @ AUTUMN EQUINOX SEPTEMBER 22nd / TURIA-ALAMEDA / FROM 18:30 As the days and nights come into balance, we invite you to celebrate the turning of the seasons. Let us gather in gratitude for life's harvests and a growing community. Traditionally, this is the time of giving thanks and releasing old patterns that no longer serve us. Join us for a beautiful Equinox Ritual, music, and potluck picnic. WHAT IS THE AUTUMN EQUINOX? The ancient significance of the Autumn Equinox centers on themes of balance, gratitude, and preparation for the coming winter. It marks the moment when day and night are of equal length, symbolizing a perfect equilibrium between light and dark, masculine and feminine, this and that, here and now. Equinox is deeply revered all over the world. This time, also known as ‘Mabon’ is celebrated as the Second Harvest, a period dedicated to giving thanks for the abundance of the earth's bounty from the summer months. It serves as a crucial time for reflection on the year's achievements and personal growth, encouraging us to take stock of our own metaphorical harvest before the darker months begin. OFFERINGS Please bring lavish bio-degradable offerings for the Altar & welcome donations for the event itself.
