Riding the Wave of God, an ECK Light & Sound Service

Join us for an in-person ECK Light and Sound Service at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Grove on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at noon. This month’s theme is “Riding the Wave of God.” An ECK Light and Sound Service celebrates God’s love for Soul. During the service, you’ll have the opportunity to experience HU, a spiritual exercise and ancient mantra that brings peace, insights, and love, helping you discover the God-knowledge within yourself. The event features a guest speaker, uplifting music, and, occasionally, small-group discussions. Each service lasts about an hour and is designed to facilitate your personal connection with the creative spiritual life force, the Light and Sound of God.
