Boulder County Real Estate Investors Meetup

We’ve got something special planned for Octobers Boulder County REI Meetup!

My friend and longtime member Tim Brass has a massive flip project underway in Hygiene, and he’s invited our group out to see it firsthand.
It’s a great opportunity to walk through a major rehab in progress and hear directly from Tim about how the project is going, how he’s funding it, and what it takes to put a deal like this together.

We’ll also talk about finding similar opportunities, with plenty of time for questions and catching up with other local investors.

We’ll meet Thursday, October 29, from 6 to 9 PM, at the property off Hygiene Road. Drinks will be provided, and if the weather cooperates, we’ll have a bonfire too.

If you’ve been curious about flipping or want to see what a project of this size looks like in person, this is a good one to come out for.

Please RSVP through Meetup so we can send you the exact address, directions, and full details before the meetup. We are expecting a big turn out for this one so please keep your RSVP up to date so we can plan accordingly.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!
