Fall Colors Camping and Hiking - Coloma, MI

Hi everyone!
We’re excited to be partnering with another camping group for a fall camping weekend in Southwest Michigan!
Fall colors should be on full display, so depending on the weather, we’re planning to bring the kayaks, warm sleeping bags, and comfy hiking boots.

Our Weekend
Friday — Arrive & Sunset

Arrivals and campsite setup
Head to Hagar Park Beach to watch the stunning sunset over Lake Michigan
Back to camp for a cozy campfire

Saturday — Kayak, Hike & Apples

Kayaking and/or hiking
Visit a local apple orchard
Back to camp for our group potluck
Campfire and hanging out into the evening

Sunday — One More Adventure

More hiking or exploring
Pack up and head home

The Camping Area
Our campsite is located on a farm in Southwest Michigan, about 13 miles from downtown St. Joseph and 13 miles from downtown South Haven.
You can spend the weekend exploring the area by hiking, kayaking, visiting local spots, or simply relaxing at camp.
The camping area is in the wooded section at the back of the farm, with approximately 2 miles of hiking trails right on the property.
A few things to know:

No electricity
A couple of porta-potties are available
Please bring your own drinking water
If you don't feel like exploring, there is plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the campsite

Cost: $35
The $35 includes:

Campground fee
Firewood
Charcoal
