Spiritual Girls’ Night Out is about grounded, modern spirituality—real women, real life, and conversations about the things that matter.

If you believe there’s something bigger than yourself, you’re curious about spirituality or personal growth, and you crave the kind of conversations that go deeper than everyday small talk, this is for you.

Each gathering will center around a different topic, with space to connect, explore, laugh, reflect, and meet other like-minded women.

For this Spiritual Girls’ Night Out, we’re diving into self-trust.

How do you know when it’s your intuition speaking versus fear? Why can you know something deep down and still second-guess yourself? What causes us to disconnect from our own knowing—and how do we rebuild that relationship with ourselves?

Together, we’ll explore things like:

Intuition vs. fear vs. overthinking
Why we look outside ourselves for reassurance or validation
The subtle ways we override what we already know
What strengthens self-trust—and what quietly erodes it
How to feel more grounded in your own choices, desires, and inner knowing

This won’t be a lecture. Expect an intimate, conversational evening with group discussion, guided reflection, experiential exercises, and plenty of space to connect with other women.

There’s nothing you need to prepare. You don’t need to subscribe to any particular spiritual belief system. And you definitely don’t need to show up as some polished version of yourself.
