Join us for a day trip to Ayora for El Primer Corte de la Miel, the annual Honey Festival celebrating the town's long tradition of beekeeping and local produce. The festival brings the whole town to life, with traditional honey-cutting demonstrations, plenty of opportunities to taste and buy local honey and honey products, and a gastronomy fair showcasing local food. There are also craft stalls and plenty to see and explore around the festival. We'll have time to wander through Ayora's historic streets and explore the town, as well as enjoying the festival itself.
