Tuscan Ribollita and worldwide wine tasting and pairing

Yesss!!!! I am going to make it again !!!!!!!! ( it takes days), and my version of the Tuscan Ribollita is pretty damn good.
You will be able to see what is going on in the kitchen and help in the preparation and plating of the dinner understanding what you are actually eating and how is made.
We will talk about the wine you are tasting exchanging our palate differences and may be able to learn something about it.
Parking needs to be spread out on the street, not just in front of the house (I received complaints) . The Public Library parking lot also, is beautiful, illuminated and 150 feet away.

You will be able to have a great fresh home made Italian dinner paired with 4 different wines from 4 different parts of the world
The cost is $ 83.00 per person including everything and PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED at moment of signing.

Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is in within 48 hours from the dinner date, you will forfeit the cost of the dinner ( $ 83.00).
If the cancellation occurs prior the 48 hours from the dinner date, you will have a credit with me and be able to use it for any other event I will make.

The dinner will be at my home in Lafayette and I will email the address later to the attendees.
By attending, you agree to hold harmless and release all host / venues from any liability including COVID 19 or Flu RELATED ISSUES. Please behave in a responsible/appropriate manner while attending the wine tasting.

Rigatoni (Rummo) all'Amatriciana de Roma my way. Home made, little spicy tomato sauce, bacon bites,...........Pecorino Romano
or without bacon if you are vegetarian

Zinfandel poached pears with crumbled .........Zin reduction
