Let Go of What You Can't Control

How much are we carrying that we don't need to carry?
From September to November this series of meditations will help us develop practical tools to step out of mental noise and discover a peace that does not depend on external conditions.

Letting go does not mean not caring- it means releasing attachment, expectations, and mental grasping.

This creates a lighter, more flexible mind.

In this class, we explore how to:
quiet the mind
accept change and uncertainty
understand impermanance
let go of what we cannot control
bring greater balance into daily life
