Atlanta Spice Lab Experience

Step into our interactive Spice Lab and discover the fascinating world of spices through a hands-on experience that engages all five senses. Over the course of this immersive workshop, you'll explore the history, science, and culture behind the world's most influential spices, learning how they have shaped trade, migration, cuisine, and communities for thousands of years.

Experiment with aroma, flavor, heat, and balance as you smell, taste, and compare a variety of spices from around the globe. Guided by our expert facilitator, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for how spices transform food and tell stories across cultures.
The highlight of the experience is creating your own custom spice blend. You'll blend, test, and refine your recipe before packaging it to take home, giving you a delicious reminder of your experience long after the workshop ends.

Part culinary adventure, part cultural exploration, and part hands-on science lab, the Spice Lab Experience is an unforgettable way to discover the incredible stories hidden inside every spice jar.
