Join us as we explore the natural places of Gloucester County as described in the 2020 Edition of Natural Places of Gloucester County, a publication of the Gloucester County Nature Club. Activities may include bird watching, hiking, walks or ambles, or just exploring.

The trail out and back is about 2.5 miles.

Directions: From I-295 Exit 23 (Route 130), take Route 130 North for about 0.8 miles. The entrance road for Wheelabrator Gloucester L.P. is on the left. The refuge parking lot is on the right, down about 0.4 miles from Route 130 - just before the main gate.

Trip Leaders: Sue Bergmann and Marilyn Henry

Site Information: See Natural Places of Gloucester County, pages 3-7, Location 1.
